Sebayi İnşaat takes on interior finishing works, with or without materials, backed by a financial guarantee, and runs the whole operation from crews to materials. We work in Istanbul, mainly in Kadıköy and along Bağdat Avenue.

Financial guarantee
Cash retention: a retention is deducted from progress payments and released when the work is fully handed over.
Bank guarantee: a bank guarantee letter is provided on request.
If the job is left unfinished, the guarantee stays with you.
We source and manage every crew.
Procurement and delivery are our responsibility.

We visit the property, take measurements and listen to your expectations and budget.

Your project manager runs the works in sequence and shares progress regularly.

Yes. We offer two models: material-supplied (turnkey) and labour-only. With labour-only, you supply the materials and we carry out the work.
A retention is deducted from each progress payment and released only when the work is fully handed over. On request we also provide a bank guarantee letter. If the job is not completed, the retention stays with you.
